Qualifications

Three years of hands-on Workday configuration in higher education.
Strong expertise in Workday security and business process framework.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement Workday processes, security models, and core functionality; own system configuration.
Translate requirements into scalable Workday configurations; provide technical direction with teams.
Design and configure Workday security roles, domains, and access models with data governance.
Collaborate with Integration Specialists to align with Banner, OnBase, CRM integrations.
Lead testing cycles and ensure deployment readiness across units.
Refine configurations for performance, usability, and maintainability following best practices.
