Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks a Senior Configurator II for Workday security configuration, solution design, governance, and production support across the Workday ecosystem.

You will partner with HR, IT, Internal Audit, Compliance, and business stakeholders to design scalable security solutions aligned with least-privilege and segregation-of-duties. The role focuses on ownership of the security lifecycle, includes continuous improvement, and supports related HR technology projects as needed,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday security configuration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience supporting security audits, access reviews, and governance.
• Ability to translate complex security concepts for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday security configuration, administration, and solution design across Core HCM and related areas.
• Configure and maintain Workday security groups, domain and business process security policies, role assignments, and access permissions.
• Partner with HR, IT, Internal Audit, Compliance, and stakeholders to gather access requirements and translate them into scalable security solutions.
• Review, troubleshoot, and resolve complex Workday security issues; perform root cause analysis and provide sustainable solutions.
• Support security audits and access reviews; develop governance standards and documentation.
• Support joiner, mover, and leaver security processes and automate provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Identify opportunities to reduce security complexity and improve long-term supportability across the Workday ecosystem.
