FIRSTNET GLOBAL LLC is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to support Workday Benefits integrations for a State Agency (DOAS). You will analyze end-to-end data flows between Workday and benefits providers, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst supporting HCM ERP implementations or complex system integrations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to trace data and transactions across multiple systems.
• Experience analyzing integration data, mappings, transformation rules, and logs.
• Ability to translate business questions into specific investigations for technical teams.
• Excellent communication to explain findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, organize issues, and coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot Workday-to-benefits-provider integrations and data exchanged between systems.
• Trace employee lifecycle, benefits, and payroll-related transactions end-to-end.
• Investigate discrepancies and determine root cause across configuration and processing.
• Review outputs, logs, and provider responses to identify issue sources.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to validate fixes and actions.
• Document root-cause analyses, business rules, and recommended resolutions.
• Develop end-to-end data flow diagrams for Workday integrations.
