Job summary

ActiveSoft, Inc is seeking a Senior Workday Application Architect to lead the architecture and configuration of Workday HCM solutions, primarily Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, and Talent. The position is fully remote and requires at least 7 years of hands-on experience with HCM applications, specifically Workday. Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills are essential, as well as an understanding of Agile methodologies and software development best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with HCM Applications. Workday experience is required.
• Understanding of both Software Development Life Cycle and DevOps best practices such as Agile methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to present to various levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday application architecture and configuration directly related to HCM functionalities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and manage expectations.
• Facilitate discussions and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
