Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Workday Architect to own the technical design, scalability, and long-term strategy of our Workday ecosystem across HCM, Payroll, and related modules. Reporting to the Sr.

Director, Workforce Systems & Payroll, you will translate business requirements into robust architecture and serve as the top escalation point for complex configurations and integrations. This remote-friendly role offers the opportunity to influence multiple product areas from any US

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Workday experience with architect/lead design experience.
• Deep expertise across HCM; Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking and/or Projects preferred.
• Experience with Workday integration tools (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS).
• Strong communication with non-technical leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern Workday architecture, security model, and integrations.
• Lead module implementations, mergers, and major upgrades or tenant consolidations.
• Own integration strategy between Workday and downstream systems.
• Establish configuration standards and governance for a scalable tenant.
• Translate business strategy into system roadmaps with Workforce Systems leader.
• Review configuration changes and assess downstream impact.
• Mentor Workday Administrators and analysts; escalate complex break/fix issues.
• Manage relationships with Workday services and implementation partners.
• Ensure data integrity, security compliance, and audit readiness.
