Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Senior HR Systems Analyst to own Workday Reporting and analytics, including Prism, and to shape data strategy for HR reporting. You will partner with People Analytics and HR teams to translate business questions into scalable reporting solutions.

Responsibilities include leading projects from requirements to deployment, maintaining Prism datasets and data transformations, and ensuring data accuracy and alignment with reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years HR technology experience, with at least half in an analyst role.
• Hands-on Workday configuration experience; proficient in complex calculated fields and reports.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and partner with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Workday Reporting SME and consult with leadership on data management, metrics, dashboards, upgrades, and best practices.
• Translate business questions into scalable reporting, dashboard, and analytics solutions.
• Partner with People Analytics, HR Systems, and functional teams to maintain report design standards, data sources, datasets, calculations, and reporting architecture.
• Lead reporting, analytics, and Prism-related projects from requirements gathering through design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Manage partnerships with Workday/3rd party consultants and internal IT teams to meet requirements.
• Build and maintain Prism datasets, data transformations, and integrations for scalable reporting and advanced analytics.
