Job summary

GAC Solutions in Norfolk, VA is seeking a senior HR analytics specialist to drive workforce insights. You will build and optimize HR reporting using Workday Report Writer, Prism Analytics, and BI tools to inform talent decisions across multi-location operations.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in people analytics, strong data storytelling, and expert Excel skills. You will partner with HR leaders to craft executive dashboards and actionable metrics for talent acquisition and workforce

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Report Writer required with experience with Workday Prism Analytics preferred.

Job description

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Report Writer required with experience with Workday Prism Analytics preferred.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience required in people analytics, HR reporting, and/or business intelligence, with a strong preference for retail or multi-location environments
• Deep understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition metrics, reporting structures, and operational analytics
• Solid working knowledge of Workday security roles and how they impact reporting and data access
• Strong storytelling, dashboard design, and executive communication skills
• Technical proficiency with Excel and reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
