Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Senior HR Systems Analyst to lead Workday Reporting and Prism configurations, partnering with HR centers of excellence to advance data visibility and analytics across the organization.

You will translate business questions into scalable reporting solutions, maintain data models, and guide projects from requirements to deployment in a hybrid work environment based at our NJ corporate campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (HR, IT, or Business) or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of HR technology experience, with substantial analyst work.
• Experience with Workday configuration and complex reporting is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Workday Reporting SME and advise stakeholders on data management, metrics, dashboards, upgrades, and best practices.
• Translate business questions into scalable reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions to improve data visibility and decision-making.
• Lead reporting, analytics, and Prism-related projects from requirements through design, testing, deployment and post-production support.
