Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with deep Workday HCM expertise to lead solutions analysis, design, configuration, and delivery in a dynamic, high-visibility environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in HR functions implementing, supporting, configuring HR processes in Workday.
• End-to-end implementation experience including project, enhancement and/or issue management.
• Workday Security experience.
• Workday Reporting & Report-based and/or API Integration experience.
• Workday EIB experience.
• Strong communication and change-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, configure and deliver Workday solutions across core HCM, Benefits, Absence and Compensation.
• Perform business process re-engineering and system fit/gap analysis; document and drive customer enablement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into system specs.
• Develop integrations using EIB, API/Web Services and monitor data integrity across HR ecosystems.
• Utilize HR data analytics to support employee transformation and mapping during integrations or M&A efforts.
