A leading organization dedicated to animal welfare seeks a Senior Workday Analyst to optimize financial systems. The role involves managing Workday modules, supporting finance and procurement processes, and enhancing system efficiency. Summary:
The mission of the Finance Department at the ASPCA is to execute our strategic financial plan that directly impacts our mission to ensure animals live good lives: valued by society, protected by its laws, and free from cruelty, pain and suffering.
Reporting to the Director, Business Systems and working closely with the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and Financial Control teams, the Senior Workday Analyst, Business Systems plays an important role in implementing, maintaining and optimizing systems utilized to manage the ASPCA’s finances and operations.
As a systems administrator and key support resource for financial and procurement systems, the person in this role will help ensure that business systems support the organization’s efforts to improve the lives of animals. They will support all finance and procurement-related modules in Workday, including but not limited to helpdesk tickets, configuration, business processes, worktag maintenance, security, integrations, and reporting. They will also work closely with financial and non-financial Workday users across the organization to identify, evaluate, and recommend efficiency improvement opportunities and technical solutions to business issues. Additionally, they will support all Workday Releases and functionality updates, including testing and/or configuring new features and processes.
This remote-based position is open to all candidates based within the United States; NY Tri-state area preferred.

Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to education, training, experience, location, business needs, internal equity, market demands or budgeted amount for the role. The target hiring range is for new hire offers only, and staff compensation may increase beyond the maximum hiring range based on performance over time. The maximum of the hiring range is reserved for candidates with the highest qualifications and relevant experience. The expected hiring salary range for this role is set forth below and may be modified in the future.
For Salary Roles: The target hiring range for this role is $108,000 - $115,000 annually.
