Project Length: 9 Months (Potential for Extension)

Location: Fully Remote

Start Date: Flexible / onboarding takes 3 weeks. Ideally, we start mid-May.

About the Project:

This role will contribute to a critical phase of the client’s Workday implementation, specifically focusing on data conversion and reconciliation as they bring additional countries onto the platform. Phase 1 of the implementation is complete, and your expertise in navigating the complexities of multi-country Workday deployments will be invaluable. The anticipated go-live date is in January, with the possibility of a slight adjustment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute Workday data conversion activities for new countries being onboarded to the platform.
• Perform data reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity throughout the conversion process.
• Lead and manage an offshore team for data conversion.
• Collaborate closely with a global systems integrations practice and client stakeholders.
• Leverage your experience with global organizations to address unique data challenges and requirements across different regions.
• Contribute to a smooth and successful go-live for the new countries.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Data Conversion.
• Proven experience working with global firms and a strong understanding of the complexities involved in multi-country deployments.
• Active Workday Certification.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
