Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to lead delivery of enterprise planning projects across a range of clients in the Americas. You will guide project teams, engage with clients to gather requirements, and shape financial planning solutions that improve reporting and forecasting.

The role requires deep expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning, strong leadership, and ability to drive engagements from discovery through deployment within scope, time, and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in accounting, finance, information systems, business analytics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in EPM/FP&A, financial systems, or consulting.
• Minimum 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment and ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Facilitate client sessions to capture business processes, planning requirements, and KPIs.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models (sheets, versions, dimensions, security, reporting, dashboards).
• Oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP/HRIS/CRM and other systems.
• Provide technical guidance on model design, security, and data integrations; mentor project teams.
