Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join its Digital Advisory Services practice in the United States. You will implement and support Workday Adaptive Planning projects, helping clients improve financial reporting, planning, and forecasting processes.

You will mentor junior consultants and contribute to project success. The role emphasizes configuration, integrations, and client advisory across diverse projects, with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in accounting, finance, business analytics, MIS, fin-tech or information systems preferred.
• Experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), FP&A, financial systems, or consulting preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning or financial systems experience preferred.
• Strong experience in JavaScript, SQL, and other integration platforms to incorporate data from ERP systems into Workday Adaptive Planning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned implementation workstreams for Workday Adaptive Planning projects from discovery through deployment.
• Facilitate client sessions to map business operations and define goals for planning cycles.
• Build, configure, and maintain forecasting and planning models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Support the implementation process including configuration, testing, and optimization of Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs, JDBC, and other integration platforms.
• Provide training to client teams to ensure effective use of tools and systems implemented.
• Identify opportunities to reduce time spent on data compilation and enhance decision-making.
