Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will implement, support, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning for clients, contributing to financial planning, forecasting, and reporting across diverse projects.

The role requires strong JavaScript/SQL integration skills, 3+ years in finance roles, and the ability to travel about 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business analytics, management information systems, fin-tech or information systems.
• Minimum of 3 years of corporate financial accounting experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of corporate financial planning experience required.
• Experience in EPM, FP&A, financial systems or consulting preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning or financial systems experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to work with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned implementation workstreams, meet timelines, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Lead client sessions to map operations, define planning goals and metrics.
• Build and maintain forecasting models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Configure and troubleshoot integrations with ERP systems using JavaScript, SQL, and APIs.
• Provide training to client teams on the new tools and processes.
