Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will implement, support, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning to improve clients' financial reporting, planning and forecasting across a range of engagements.

You will deliver workstreams, mentor associates, and collaborate with clients to map processes, configure models, and integrate data from ERP systems using JavaScript and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; majors in accounting, finance, business analytics, MIS, fintech or information systems preferred.
• Experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) or FP&A is preferred.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or financial systems is preferred.
• Strong experience integrating data from ERP systems using JavaScript/SQL and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment, delivering assigned workstreams and meeting timelines.
• Facilitate client sessions to map business operations, define planning goals, and identify key metrics.
• Build, configure, and maintain financial forecasting models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Configure and troubleshoot integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs, JDBC with ERP systems.
• Provide training to client teams to ensure effective use of the tools and systems implemented.
