Job summary

The Planet Group is seeking an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Architect to assess and stabilize an Adaptive Planning environment for a client in the data center industry.

The consultant will rebuild operational knowledge, understand configuration, identify gaps, and establish a clear path forward, often in an environment with limited documentation.

Ideal candidates will drive discovery, assessments, and recommendations, with some travel to San Jose and available for a remote US engagement.

Qualifications

• Senior-level Workday Adaptive Planning experience, including architecture and configuration.
• Ability to evaluate an environment with limited documentation and identify gaps.
• Experience developing future-state recommendations, documentation, and support models.
• Strong client-facing communication and consulting skills.
• Willingness to travel periodically to San Jose, CA.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess the existing Workday Adaptive Planning environment, including configurations and functionality.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement and recommend scalable practices for ongoing administration and support.
• Partner with client stakeholders to understand current business needs and determine appropriate next steps for the Adaptive Planning environment.
• Develop clear documentation, recommendations, and knowledge-transfer materials to support long-term ownership of the platform.
