Job summary

Revelwood is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in Workday Adaptive Planning to join our expanding Professional Services team. You will lead implementation and customization projects, act as a solution architect, and work with clients from analysts to CFOs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business/IS
• 4+ years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility
• 3+ years with Workday Adaptive Planning (design/development)
• Experience managing project teams is a plus
• Experience in Financial Budgeting and Planning applications
• Strong communication, documentation and process-improvement skills
• Leadership in design sessions and client workshops
• Ability to work both in teams and independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation/customization projects
• Serve as solution architect and Adaptive SME
• Act as Project Manager for client implementations as needed
• Interact with various levels of client personnel, from analysts to CFOs
• Provide industry and/or technology expertise to clients and Revelwood project teams
• Provide design advice and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
• Contribute to methodologies and models for Revelwood’s Professional Services
• Lead and mentor others in the consulting organization
