Job summary

Deloitte US Delivery Center seeks a Workday Adaptive Delivery Senior Consultant, Configuration and Integration Solutions, to support ongoing AMS for Workday Adaptive Planning and maintain a stable, scalable planning environment.

You will handle escalations, requirements gathering, and governance with clients, while coordinating releases, migrations, and data loads across environments. Hybrid work, travel up to 10%, and relocation within 12 weeks may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, including post-implementation enhancements, incident resolution, and change requests in an application management services environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior escalation point for issues in the AMS queue, including troubleshooting models, formulas, reports, dashboards, integrations, and security.
• Gather requirements for enhancements, perform impact analysis, and configure Workday Adaptive Planning including model updates, reporting changes, and security roles.
• Support release and environment management activities, including sandbox-to-production migrations and documentation maintenance.
• Participate in governance calls, status reporting, and roadmap discussions with client stakeholders for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting objectives.
• Monitor integrations and data processes, including actuals feeds, HCM integrations, data loads, and version management.
