Job summary

Responsibilities include advancing continuous improvement, ensuring accurate billing, and maintaining confidentiality while communicating with leaders and teams to meet deadlines and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required with at least two years of related work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of applications used in distribution, customer experience and services is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential to coordinate with leadership and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced work management support for Grid Operations DCC to ensure safety, reliability, and costs.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and coordinate cross-functional workflows.
• Communicate effectively with leadership and employees on work execution and status.
• Ensure accurate billing and maintain confidential information professionally.
