Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on Women’s Outerwear design experience.
Strong knowledge of jacket engineering and construction.
Proficiency with AI-powered design tools for research and development.
Portfolio demonstrating technical construction, fit and finished products.

Responsibilities

Own the creative direction and development of Women’s technical outerwear categories.
Produce technical drawings, tech packs and construction details.
Select materials, insulation systems and trims based on product needs.
Develop silhouettes balancing fit with technical performance.
Conduct trend and competitive research to drive new silhouettes and features.
Collaborate with production and overseas partners to evaluate costs.
Seek cost efficiencies while maintaining quality and function.
Incorporate AI into design workflows and evaluate new AI tools.
Communicate across Merchandising, Production and factories throughout the lifecycle.
