Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to lead complex WMS training across multi-site implementations and system transformations. This role designs scalable programs, mentors other trainers, and aligns training with project timelines and operational goals.

The position emphasizes governance, effectiveness metrics, and continuous improvement to boost system adoption and training quality across the network. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or similar in learning/education or equivalent.
• 7–10 years in warehouse ops, WMS, or systems training preferred.
• Strong facilitation skills in classroom and virtual settings.
• Proficiency with ADDIE and learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead training for large or complex WMS implementations.
• Define training frameworks, standards, and methodologies.
• Develop scalable training models (train-the-trainer, superuser).
• Create SOPs, work instructions and documentation.
• Measure training effectiveness and adoption.
