Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain is seeking an Advisor, Implementation Technology to lead WMS implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, and operations. This role ensures adherence to established processes and SDLC standards, delivering end-to-end warehouse system solutions.

The position requires deep WMOS experience, UNIX/Linux and Oracle SQL skills, and strong communication abilities to support customer deployments and internal projects within a hybrid U.S. work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of degree, high school diploma or GED and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing and supporting Manhattan WMOS systems required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) within company distribution facilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across OEM engineers, production control, test engineering, software engineering, quality and operations.
• Ensure projects follow established processes and SDLC standards.
• Provide leadership for validation and completion of implementation processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation aligned with SDLC standards.
