Job summary

The CSC Systems Engineer at MUSC Health is responsible for the Consolidated Service Center (CSC) systems portfolio, including Tecsys WMS/SCP, WCS/WES, and related integrations to Workday ERP.

Under limited supervision, the Engineer leads MUSC-side system configuration, master data governance, integration support, testing, reporting, and end-user enablement through the WMS/SCP implementation and subsequent automation deployment, then provides permanent administration, optimization, and tier 1-2

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, supply chain, engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience administering, configuring, or supporting a WMS or ERP supply chain module.
• Experience with Tecsys WMS/SCP or comparable tier-one WMS and warehouse automation systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead system configuration, master data governance, integration support, testing and reporting.
• Provide end-user enablement through the WMS/SCP implementation and automation deployment.
• Deliver ongoing administration, optimization, and tier 1-2 support across CSC systems.
• Serve as the technical liaison between CSC operations, MUSC Information Solutions, and vendors.
