Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or equivalent is required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive distribution center or warehouse operations experience, including at least 3 years in a management role with supervision responsibilities.
• WMS experience is required; Tecsys and healthcare distribution experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in MS Office and inventory control practices is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations at the CSC, including receiving, put-away, inventory control, order fulfillment, and outbound shipping.
• Lead warehouse supervisors and associates across all shifts; enforce standard work and drive continuous improvement in safety and productivity.
• Serve as operational owner of the warehouse floor and support supply chain leadership in inbound/outbound freight for self-distribution.
• Report on KPIs and foster a high-energy, team-oriented work environment.
