Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr. Supplier Industrialization Engineer for wiring harnesses in Casa Grande, AZ.

You will lead supplier industrialization activities, drive APQP/PPAP and process validation, and partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality to ensure readiness and flawless launches. You will analyse supplier capability, support audits, and manage manufacturing readiness from sourcing through SOP, with worldwide travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in automotive engineering/manufacturing/supplier industries.
• 3+ years supporting wiring harnesses, HV cables, power distribution systems, or related components.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier industrialization activities for wiring harness suppliers, ensuring manufacturing readiness, quality performance, capacity planning, and launch execution.
• Drive APQP, PPAP, process validation, manufacturing audits, and supplier development with continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality to resolve technical issues, improve manufacturability, and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Support supplier issue resolution, root cause investigations, corrective actions, and production launches for flawless execution and customer satisfaction.
