Qualifications

• 10+ years in automotive engineering or manufacturing.
• 7+ years industrializing wiring harnesses or similar automotive components.

Responsibilities

• Lead the industrialization strategy and manufacturing readiness of wiring harness suppliers across multiple vehicle programs.
• Drive supplier capability development through APQP, PPAP, audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Influence product design, sourcing decisions, and manufacturing strategies by partnering closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality organizations.
• Serve as the technical authority for supplier manufacturing, leading critical escalations, mentoring engineering teams, and establishing best practices across the supplier network.
