Job summary

Ranger Energy Services, LLC is looking for a Lead Operator to safely perform wireline duties in Hobbs, New Mexico. You'll lead operations at the well site and ensure compliance with all regulations related to wireline explosives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a wireline operator and must possess a valid CDL with Hazardous Material Endorsement. This role offers a dynamic work environment with several employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a wireline operator.
• Valid CDL with Hazardous Material Endorsement required.
• Basic computer skills and strong mechanical aptitude necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform wireline duties safely at well sites and in the shop.
• Lead rigging of wireline surface and downhole equipment.
• Supervise and train other Wireline Operators.
