Job summary

Ranger Energy Services, LLC is seeking a Lead Operator to perform wireline duties safely at well sites and in the shop. Responsibilities include preparing tools, leading equipment operations, and supervising other operators while maintaining safety compliance.

The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma, a valid Commercial Driver’s License with Hazardous Material Endorsement, and at least 2 years of experience as a wireline operator. Benefits include health accounts, insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a wireline operator.
• Must pass ATF background check.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform wireline-related duties at the well site.
• Lead rigging up and down wireline equipment.
• Maintain and perform preventative maintenance on logging equipment.
