Job summary

Ranger Energy Services, LLC is hiring a Wireline Engineer III located in Hobbs, New Mexico. This role is integral for ensuring safety and compliance during well site operations. You will supervise and conduct operations, maintain customer relationships, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or GED, with a preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Geoscience, and at least 5 years of supervisory experience in wireline operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience supervising wireline well site operations.
• Ability to possess and maintain valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Must pass comprehensive ATF background check.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare for well site operations ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Supervise well site operations in accordance with client criteria and policies.
• Communicate directly with client representatives for wellsite operations.
