Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Floor Hand experience.
• 1-2 years of Derrick hand experience.
• Supervisory level of well control training.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew in rigging up and rigging down safely.
• Operate rig controls for pulling and laying down rods.
• Guide and mentor the rig crew.
