Job summary

Schlumberger Limited in Houston is seeking a WL Field Engineer to maintain safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers. You will identify opportunities to improve service delivery, implement standard work, and manage risk during field operations.

Responsibilities include delivering accurate job outputs on time, executing service delivery, leading risk analyses, mentoring junior staff, developing customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with CAT and wellsite inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 10 years of Wireline field operations experience with customer-facing delivery.
• Proven leadership of complex wireline jobs with safety and quality.
• Knowledge of wireline tools, wellsite operations, and industry best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making in high-pressure environments.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and field specialists.
• Customer relationship management and business development skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to remote wellsites.
• Ability to meet medical, safety, and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Execute service delivery to the customer.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Assist the Design/Technical Engineer with implementing technical programs and bids.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure compliance with CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Lead Service Quality Meetings with customers and drive improvement via action plans.
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Provide backup to the Job Delivery Lead and PSD Managers in their absence.
