Job summary

Schlumberger Limited in the Midland, Texas area seeks a WS Field Specialist - WIT to maintain safe, efficient, and reliable cementing operations for customers. You will identify opportunities to improve service delivery, implement standard work, and manage risk during field execution, ensuring all deliverables are accurate and on time.

The role requires leading and supervising field crews of 3–4 people, working a 15 days on / 6 days off rotation, and staying compliant with HSE and quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cementing Operations as Cementing Supervisor, Field Specialist, or Field Engineer.
• Willingness to work a 15 days On x 6 days Off rotation.
• Experience leading field crews of 3–4 personnel in safe operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Participate in risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives and wear PPE.
