Job summary

Silvertip Completion Services in Midland, TX is seeking a Wireline Engineer to supervise equipment load-out, communicate with customers on site, and direct field crews in safe and efficient operations. The role includes rigging, tool-string makeup, and maintaining safety standards.

You will perform service orders, operate specialized wireline gear, and assist training of Operators and Junior Field Engineers while ensuring compliance with regulations and company SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years wireline experience or equivalent.
• Possess and maintain a Class A or B CDL with HazMat endorsement.
• United States citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Supervises load out of equipment for the job.
• Communicates with customers regarding operations on the well site.
• Manages the wireline crew and directs progression and operations.
• Ensure HazMat transport compliance and complete service orders.
• Rig up and rig down equipment and select proper tool strings.
