Ranger-Energy-Services- seeks a Wireline Engineer III in Williston, ND to oversee safe and efficient wireline operations at well sites. You will supervise crews, coordinate with clients, and ensure compliance with safety procedures while maintaining data and reporting accuracy.

The role requires 5+ years of supervising wireline operations, a valid CDL-HazMat endorsement, and strong English communication. Willingness to work in a demanding field environment is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Geoscience from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience supervising wireline well site operations.
• Must pass ATF background check.
• Valid CDL with Hazardous Materials Endorsement.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office suite.
• Working knowledge of Warrior operating system.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Knowledge of wireline technologies including pressure control, perforating components, data acquisition systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Knowledgeable in incident investigation and reporting.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan and prepare well site operations ensuring safety compliance.
• Supervise and conduct well site operations per client policies.
• Assist crew with calibration and preparation of surface equipment and down hole tools.
• Maintain knowledge of current standards and procedures to optimize efficiency.
• Maintain customer relationships through quality service and execution.
• Communicate with client representatives for wellsite operations and data delivery.
• Provide detailed information for all reporting including incidents and non-productive time.
• Submit accurate documents for billing and data delivery per customer requirements.
• Operate company vehicles per policies and regulations.
• Supervise logistics of equipment and DOT logs.
• Support continuous improvement of HSE and Quality initiatives.
• Oversee crew training competency and performance reviews.
• Other duties as assigned.
