Ranger Energy Services in Hobbs, NM seeks a Wireline Operator IV to ensure safe and high‑quality operations at the well site. You will lead planning, supervise crew activities, and coordinate calibration of surface equipment and downhole tools while maintaining strict adherence to client specifications and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 2+ years of supervising wireline operations, a CDL Class B with HazMat or ability to obtain, and strong English communication.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in Engineering or Geoscience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' supervising wireline well site operations.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Knowledge of wireline technologies, data acquisition, and troubleshooting.
• Must possess valid CDL Class B with HazMat (or ability to obtain).
• Strong safety awareness and incident reporting skills.
