ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Level III Tower Technician to join the nationwide team. The role requires climbing towers, installing RF equipment, routing cables, and performing tests with PIM/RF/fiber gear, under supervision by senior technicians and foremen.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in wireless technologies preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; OSHA10 preferred.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred; valid driver license required.

Responsibilities

• Decommission a tower and tower equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform PIM test, RF sweep test and fiber test from the tower top.
• Install and route coax, hybrid trunks, and all jumpers.
• Rig towers in Class III/IV configurations and assemble safety gear.
• Climb 100+ ft towers; use hand tools and mechanical equipment.
• Support training of Level I/II Technicians and foremen.
