Job summary

Mobile Communications America, Inc. in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Communication Systems Technician III to install, program, and maintain complex radio and wireless systems for critical customers.

With 5+ years of field experience, you will troubleshoot, configure, and upgrade equipment; support FATP; collaborate with sales on quotes; and participate in on-call rotations within the MSS division.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years, average 10+ years of technical service and installation experience.
• Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain radio systems/communications centers.
• Strong communication skills for end users and third parties.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, and maintain complex communication equipment.
• Repair systems and restore service to critical customers.
• Design and upgrade customer systems with latest technologies.
• Support FATP and document site surveys per defined requirements.
• Mentor team on new technologies and equipment.
• Prepare quotes, bids, and schedules with sales teams.
• On-call rotation and 24/7 technical support.
