Job summary
BearCom, the World’s Largest Distributor of Wireless Products and Solutions, is seeking a Sr. Account Executive to drive B2B sales across a defined territory. You will pursue multi‑unit opportunities, build new business, and leverage a broad portfolio from 60+ manufacturers.

Qualifications
- 4–7 years of sales experience, telecom/wireless preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiating and closing abilities.
- Proficient with CRM systems for contacts and orders.
- Excellent written and spoken communication.
- High energy, positive attitude and competitive drive.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Background checks may include Motor Vehicle Check.
Responsibilities
- Determine needs and communicate benefits of products and plans to customers.
- Prospect, cold call, and close new business with existing and new accounts.
- Develop relationships with small, medium and Fortune 1000 clients nationally.
- Learn new product offerings and convey them effectively to prospects.
- Meet monthly sales objectives and goals.
- Prepare complete, accurate paperwork for transactions.
