Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years retail keyholder experience preferred.
• Able to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Flexible evenings and weekend availability.
• Physical ability to move around the store and handle merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Brand Ambassador – create a welcoming store environment and deliver strong sales behaviors.
• Relationship Builder – listen actively and guide conversations to solutions.
• Product and Services Expert – sell devices, plans, and services and stay current on promos.
• Store Key Support – handle opening/closing responsibilities and maintain store readiness.
