Job summary

Consumer Cellular is seeking a Senior Wireless Sales Expert in Cranberry, PA to build relationships, guide guests, and drive sales in a living-room-style store. You’ll represent a people-first culture and deliver exceptional service in a rapidly growing retail team.

The role offers a wage between $19.75 and $21.00 per hour with uncapped commission, a modified full-time schedule (30–39 hours per week), and opportunities for leadership development and career progression.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 1–2 years of retail keyholder experience preferred, in a consultative, customer-focused environment (Wireless sales experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items.
• Requires the ability to move around the store, assist customers and maneuver merchandise when necessary.
