Consumer Cellular, Inc. is seeking a Senior Wireless Sales Expert in Webster, TX to guide guests through decisions with patience and expertise, building lifelong relationships while selling devices, plans, and services.

The role emphasizes people-first service in a welcoming store environment, with opportunities for leadership and growth. The position offers a wage between $20.00 and $21.00 per hour with uncapped commission, a modified full-time schedule (30–39 hours/week, ~35 hours on average),

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 1–2 years of retail keyholder experience preferred, in a consultative, customer-focused environment (Wireless sales experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items.
