Qualifications

• Experience in using and evaluating engineering design tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve customer support escalations.

• Build and maintain layer 2/3 network testbeds.
• Work with developers to drive solutions.

Skills

Knowledge in Layer 2 and Layer 3 Networking
