This hybrid role requires 6-10 years of networking experience, where the engineer will handle escalations, build network testbeds, and collaborate with developers. Qualifications

• Experience in using and evaluating engineering design tools and software.
• Ability to effectively communicate product architectures.

Responsabilités

• Triage and resolve customer support escalations.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations on response quality.
• Build and maintain layer 2/3 network testbeds.
• Work with developers to drive solutions.

Connaissances

Knowledge in Layer 2 and Layer 3 Networking

Knowledge in 802.11 Wi-Fi standards

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Formation
