Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and industrialization of wire harness systems for production environments.
• Own end-to-end project execution across engineering and manufacturing phases.
• Provide direct supervision to harness technicians and shop-floor personnel.
• Partner with production teams to optimize line layout, tooling, and build efficiency.
• Define harness architecture including connectors, routing, shielding, and fixtures.
• Lead FMEA, control plans, and validation activities.
