Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication and project management skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage cable harness and PWA builds to meet technical, safety, quality, and financial objectives.
• Serve as primary contact for manufacturing and prototyping design activities and participate in progress planning.
• Ensure operations comply with regulatory and safety requirements.
• Lead lean initiatives and continuous improvement across manufacturing.
• Oversee talent planning, attraction, retention, and development in manufacturing leadership.
