Job summary

Qualifications
- BS in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
- 5 years of relevant industry or university research experience.
- Proficiency with harness design tools such as RapidHarness.
- Solid understanding of wire routing, controlled impedance, cable shielding, EMC.
- Ability to analyze and test harness designs to meet standards and safety.
- Knowledge of IPC-WHMA-A-620 and ISO 9001.
- Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and electronic loads.
- Detail-oriented with accurate design documentation.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Aerospace industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Own wire harness design from specifications through integration and test.
- Develop schematics, cable routing, connector selection, and harness drawings.
- Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers and technicians.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical recommendations to improve reliability.
