Job summary

Maisons Marques & Domaines USA is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to support Diamond Creek Vineyards and MMD WineBook CA from our Oakland office. You will manage AR, AP, payroll, and general ledger tasks within MS Dynamics, ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting across two brands.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in bookkeeping or accounting, strong Excel skills, and experience with Dynamics SL/Business Central and ADP. This on-site role requires CA residency and regular travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in the wine, beverage, consumer products, or related industry
• Ability to work independently with a high attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, lookups, and data reconciliation
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL or Business Central preferred
• Experience with ADP is a plus
• Associate degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Valid California driver's license and ability to travel between company locations occasionally, as needed.
• This position is based in our Oakland office and requires regular, Monday through Friday, on-site attendance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable in MS Dynamics for Diamond Creek and MMD WineBook CA
• Process timecards and payroll-related entries using ADP Time and Attendance
• Code and record expenses; generate payroll reports in ADP
• Reconcile vendor statements and manage year-end 1099 preparation
• Perform month-end closings, general ledger reconciliations, and depreciation schedules
• Provide back-up accounting support as needed to related wineries
