Job summary

Log Still Distillery is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to own the daily accounts payable and accounts receivable functions across our family of entities.

The role is hands-on, ensuring clean, timely, accurate transactional data feeding our general ledgers and trial balances, primarily in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and QuickBooks Online, reporting to the Director of Finance & Business Operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on bookkeeping, AP/AR, or general accounting experience
• Solid understanding of double-entry bookkeeping fundamentals
• High attention to detail and ownership of accuracy and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Process full AP cycle: invoices, coding, and payments; manage AP inbox; PO/receipts matching when applicable.
• Enter and apply customer invoices and payments; monitor AR aging and support collections.
• Assist with bank/credit-card reconciliations and monthly close; support general bookkeeping tasks
