Responsibilities

Administering and troubleshooting a large-scale Windows environment and third-party apps.
Plan, design, implement, and troubleshoot Windows server/workstation platforms.
Add improvements and efficiency to current processes and provide consistent customer service.
Be part of a 24x7 on-call engineering team with nights/weekends as needed.
