Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience in Windows engineering and IT operations.
• Expert level PowerShell scripting for automating daily operations.
• Strong Microsoft tech skills: IIS, MSSQL and Active Directory.
• Excellent problem-solving and structured troubleshooting approach.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance and work onsite in Alexandria, VA.

Responsibilities

• Administering and troubleshooting a large-scale Windows environment and third-party apps.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot Windows server/workstation platforms.
• Improve and streamline existing processes for efficiency.
• Provide consistent customer service and work with a 24x7 on-call team.
