Job summary

S2i2 Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to lead enterprise Windows administration for the Defense Logistics Agency environments across multiple sites. You will drive operations, security, and performance improvements in a high-impact IT team.

The role requires ten years of IT experience, DoD 8570 IAT Level II/III candidates and relevant certifications, plus strong leadership and automation skills. On-site work at several locations including Ft. Belvoir, VA.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of progressive IT experience across hardware and software.
• Minimum four years hands-on experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting software.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stability, security, and performance of Windows systems and network connections.
• Plan, install, configure, maintain, and optimize network software and communications.
• Organize information management systems, resolve end-user issues, and perform capacity/performance analysis.
• Drive automation and training to improve team efficiency across locations.
• Mentor system administrators to optimize resources and support.
• Lead vulnerability management and apply STIG/ACAS remediation.
• Lead daily Windows Server administration across NIPR and SIPR networks, on-prem and cloud.
• Patching, Group Policy management, monitoring, PowerShell automation, and supervision.
